If you thinking is that to much food i expect it is.
Portion control is so important.
Thinking you cant be bothered to do exercise more of a reason to do it.
Drink plenty of water at least 2 litres per day.
Eat plenty of vegetables.
Stay away from red meats.
Keep alcohol to a minimum. Remember there still calories in a drink.
Calories are calories even if it is clean eating.
Counting calories for a week really helps us understand what foods we are eating. (myfitnesspal) helps me.
